How it Started!

Ronald and his wife were on a trip to Nashville, Tenn. in 2018. They were staying in the Vanderbilt area but wanted to get down to Broadway. To avoid parking down there, Ronald made the executive decision to walk. However, after 5 minutes, the Nashville summer heat got the best of him and he sweated his outfit out. In the midst of the heat and frustration Ronald noticed there were people zipping past him on what appeared to be a personal e-scooter. After seeing hundreds of people using that same scooter he quickly realized that this was a business. He stopped someone and asked how they were riding these. Once he got on one, he was hooked and knew this was something that he would love to bring back home. One year later, October 2019, Ronald launched Morrell’s Scooters in his home town of Marion, Indiana. He now has locations in Gas City (IN), Marion (IN), and Muncie (IN).
